This policy describes how Mazoff Legal, Arizona Accident & Criminal, handles information collected through mazofflegal.com.
Information collected
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, selected practice area, and any email address or message you provide. We also record the page and form used, a request identifier, and available advertising attribution, including UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID.
Our hosting and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and server logs for operation, security and troubleshooting.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate consultation requests, operate and protect the website, and understand which marketing sources generate inquiries. Consultation requests are stored privately in WordPress and emailed to Andrew Mazoff and the firm’s authorized website and marketing administrator.
Hosting, email and website support providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the firm or others.
Browser storage and cookies
The website uses session storage to preserve advertising attribution as you navigate between pages. WordPress uses cookies for account login and administration. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; clearing storage may remove attribution information or sign you out.
Retention and requests
Consultation information is retained for inquiry follow-up, administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Andrew at andrew@mazofflegal.com or 480-796-8505. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations and any need to preserve records.
Contact forms and confidentiality
Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential details before the firm confirms representation. Website and email communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
